Deborah, Ron's wife was the "love" behind their friendship. God took her home at age 55. It too seems so tragic, a reminder that God's ways are not ours. right?

Its sad to learn about Dr. Mphuka's death. I worked and interacted with Dr Simon Mphuka in 2004 when evaluating CHAZ programmes and in 2005 when I was at International HIV and AIDS Alliance. We had time to discuss the HIV and AIDS reponse in Zambia and issues around the Global fund.

My belated condolonces to his family and Kabwata Baptist Church. While I'm shocked to learn about his death this late and through the web. I thank God that few moments I shared with Dr. Mphuka left a bright sparkle in my life.

May the Good Lord Continue to bless his family

I hope the Lord will let EAFC go to Namibia some day. We got a great inquiry today from someone interested in being our Executive Director. I hope to bring the new ED to Africa to meet you before too long. I believe that God is taking us to a new level in this relatively new Kingdom work.

Sharing with a nephew at my Dad's 87th birthday party yesterday, I told Paul I'd find out how he could get the booklets that have so blessed Barry and me. I didn't know then of the trials and heartaches that you and your friends have endured. He did go home having finished the race well.
